This agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between [BEITONG] and the user in respect of [BEITONG] service (hereinafter referred to as "service")."User" refers to the individual or unit who registers, logs in and uses the service.This agreement can be updated from time to time by [BEITONG]. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. Users can view the latest version of the agreement terms in this app.After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by [BEITONG], and the user's continued use of the services provided by [BEITONG] will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.
2、Account registration
1.Before using this service, users need to sign up for a [left tour] account.The account of "[BEITONG]" shall be registered by mobile phone number or email binding. Please use the mobile phone number or email not bound with the account of [BEITONG] and not banned by BEITONG according to this agreement to register the account of [BEITONG].[left tour] you can change the way of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to users.
2.If the registration applicant has the precedent of being banned by [BEITONG], or is suspected of false registration and abuse of other people’s name registration, and other reasons for not obtaining permission, [BEITONG] will refuse his registration application.
3.In view of the binding registration method of [BEITONG] account, you agree that [BEITONG] will allow your mobile phone number, mobile device ID or email address and other information for registration.
4.When users register and use the service, [BEITONG] needs to collect personal information that can identify users so that [BEITONG] can contact users when necessary, or provide users with a better use experience.The information collected by [BEITONG] includes but is not limited to the user's name and address; and [BEITONG] agrees that the use of such information will be limited by the protection of the third user's personal privacy information.
3、 Protection of user's personal privacy information
1.Once the user is registered successfully, he / she will get a user name and password and have the right to log in at any time with his / her own user name and password.
2.The user shall be fully responsible for the security of the user name and password, as well as all activities and events conducted with his user name.
3.Users are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to use their own user name in any form.
4.The user shall keep the password properly, and shall not inform others of the password. All losses caused by improper password storage shall be borne by the user.
5.If the user divulges the password, it may lead to adverse legal consequences. Therefore, no matter what causes the user's password security to be threatened, you should immediately contact [BEITONG] customer service personnel, or you will be responsible for the consequences.
6.Users who are banned due to violation of user agreement can contact BEITONG staff on their own.Among them, the users who are banned will automatically resume the banned function after the expiration of the ban period.The banned user can submit a complaint, and [BEITONG] will review the complaint and make a reasonable decision on whether to change the punishment measures.
7.The user understands and agrees that [BEITONG] has the right to punish the violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement in accordance with reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal actions against any user in violation of laws and regulations, and save relevant information according to laws and regulations to report to relevant departments, etc., and the user shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
8.User understands and agrees that any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third party, including reasonable attorney's fee, caused by or arising from user's breach of this agreement, shall be compensated by user to [BEITONG] and the cooperative company and affiliated company, and shall be free from damage.
4、 User’s declaration and warranty
1.The user promises that it is a civil subject with full capacity for civil conduct, and has the ability to reach a transaction and fulfill its obligations.
2.Users are obliged to provide their true information when registering, and ensure the validity and security of such contents as mobile phone number, name, location, etc., so as to ensure that [BEITONG] staff can contact users through the above contact information.At the same time, users are also obliged to update the relevant registration data in time when the relevant data are actually changed.
3.Any content produced, uploaded, copied, published and disseminated by the user in the process of using [BEITONG], including but not limited to registration information and authentication materials such as account head, name, user’s description, or text, voice, picture, video, image and other sending, reply and related link pages, as well as other content generated by using the account or the service,It shall not violate the relevant national legal system, including but not limited to the following principles:
(1)Violating the basic principles established by the constitution;;
(2)Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
(3)Damaging the honor and interests of the state;
(4)Inciting national hatred or discrimination and undermining national unity;
(5)Those who undermine the state’s religious policies and propagate heresy and feudal superstition;
(6)Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destroying social stability;
(7)Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9)Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4.Users shall not make, upload, copy, publish or disseminate any content that interferes with the normal operation of [BEITONG] or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties by using [BEITONG] account or this service:
(1)Containing any sexual or sexual suggestion;
(2)Containing abusive, intimidating or threatening contents;
(3)Containing harassment, garbage advertisement, malicious information and deception information;
(4)Involving others’privacy, personal information or data;
(5)Infringing upon the reputation right, portrait right, intellectual property right, trade secret and other legitimate rights of others;
(6)Contains other information that interferes with the normal operation of the service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
5、Service content
1.[BEITONG] is a software platform provided by Guangzhou Pinzhong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for the peripheral equipment of BEITONG series of mobile games.The specific service content shall be provided by [BEITONG] according to the actual situation, including but not limited to:
(1)Mobile game peripheral connection and configuration management
(2)Information browsing and comments
(3) Content download;
2.[BEITONG] has the right to review or delete the content (including but not limited to text, voice, picture, video, image, etc.) that is suspected of violating the law or socialist spiritual civilization or considered inappropriate by [BEITONG] at any time.
3.All notices and other messages sent to users can be sent through the app or the contact information provided by users.
6、Termination of services
1.Under the following circumstances, [BEITONG] has the right to terminate the service provided to the user:
(1)If the user violates the relevant provisions of this service agreement, [BEITONG] has the right to terminate the service provided to the user; if the user is registered as a user directly or indirectly or in the name of another person again, once found, [BEITONG] has the right to directly and unilaterally terminate the service provided to the user;
(2) When the terms of service are terminated or updated, the user expressly refuses to accept the new terms of service;
(3) Other situations in which [BEITONG] deems it necessary to terminate the service.
2.After the termination of the service, [BEITONG] shall not be obliged to keep any information in or related to the original account for the user, or forward any information that has not been read or sent to the user or a third party.
3.The user understands and agrees that even after the termination of this Agreement and the termination of the user’s services, [BEITONG] still has the right to:
(1) Continue to save your user information;
(2) Continue to claim for the user’s liability for violation of laws and regulations, this Agreement and platform rules during the period of using the platform service.
7、 Change and interruption of services
1.In view of the particularity of the network service, the user shall agree that [BEITONG] will change or interrupt part or all of the network service, and delete (no longer save) any information submitted by the user in the process of using, without informing the user, and without any responsibility to any user or any third party.
2.[BEITONG] needs to regularly or irregularly detect or update the platform providing network services. If the network services are interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, [BEITONG] does not need to bear any responsibility for this.
8、 Modification of terms of service
1.[BEITONG] has the right to modify any content of the terms of service at any time. Once any content of the terms of service changes, [BEITONG] will prompt the user with the modified content in an appropriate way.
2.If you do not agree with the modification of the terms of service made by [BEITONG], the user has the right to stop using the network service.
3.If the user continues to use the network service, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modification of the terms of service made by [BEITONG].
9、 Disclaimer and indemnity
1.If [BEITONG] has made it clear that its service provision mode has changed and reminded the user of precautions, all consequences caused by the user’s failure to operate as required shall be borne by the user.

5.Users who visit [BEITONG] have fully understood that [BEITONG] does not have any rights to the software and program code provided by the user or developer for download, and the copyright belongs to the legal owner of the software and program code. Please read and abide by the "use license agreement" of the software author before downloading and using.
6.And [left tour] ensure that all downloadable resources [left tour] provided by users or developers have not been modified or edited.But [BEITONG] does not guarantee the accuracy, security and integrity of the download resources provided by this website, and does not assume any loss or damage to himself or others caused by the use of these download resources.

Without the explicit permission of [left tour], no one is allowed to illegally copy, reprint, publish and use for commercial purposes; no one is allowed to steal the link to download resources on this site.[ BEITONG] has all intellectual property rights in all content developed by itself or jointly with others, including website design, layout structure, services, etc. without the explicit permission of [[BEITONG]], no one is allowed to copy or copy in whole or in part.

10、 Privacy statement

3. Information disclosure: the personal information of the user will be disclosed in part or in whole under the following circumstances:
(1) Disclosure to a third party with the consent of the user;
(2) To disclose to a third party or administrative or judicial organ in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial organ;
(3) If users violate the relevant laws or website policies of China, they need to disclose to a third party;

(5)Other disclosures that [BEITONG] deems appropriate according to laws or website policies;
(6) If the user uses the bank account information provided by [BEITONG], [BEITONG] will strictly perform the relevant confidentiality agreement.
11、Others
1.[BEITONG] solemnly reminds users of the clauses in this agreement that exempt [BEITONG] from responsibilities and restrict user’s; rights. Please read them carefully and consider risks independently.Minors shall read this agreement in the company of their legal guardian.
2.The validity, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the people’s Republic of China.If any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and [BEITONG], it shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, the user agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the people’s court with jurisdiction in the place where [BEITONG] has its domicile for jurisdiction.
3.Any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining provisions are still valid and binding on both parties.
4.The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Guangzhou Pinzhong Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and all rights of interpretation and modification are reserved.
5.This Agreement shall apply from September 10, 2019.
